To reserve your backdrop, simply add your desired flower wall to your cart on our website, complete the checkout process, and make a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your reservation and provide further details. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
Payment, Delivery, and Cancellation Policies
A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. We offer delivery, setup and breakdown services within the Washington, DC (DMV) area for an additional fee, ensuring a hassle-free experience. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 30 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
